He has penned over 1000 articles (for web and print) on training, supplements, mindset and nutrition, which have appeared in such major publications as Flex, Iron Man, and Muscular Development to name a few.
Eric developed multiple training methods such as POWER-REP RANGE-SHOCK™. The PRRS™ DVD was a best seller and his various training E- books continue to be downloaded daily by gym-goers worldwide.
In both 2010 and 2011, he was awarded the honor of being named the "Top Trainer/Author Combination" by Planet Muscle Magazine.
Eric continues to be highly sought-after for his personal training, diet, and bodybuilding contest expertise. He’s helped multiple athletes worldwide win various bodybuilding competitions in multiple federations.
