Step 1: Mix the Batter
Whisk ½ cup of dry mix with 1/4 cup of cold water.
Blend until ingredients are mixed and let set for 3
minutes to rest.
Step 2: Preheat Your Griddle
Heat to 325 degrees.
Step 3: Pour the Batter
Pour the batter to make two 6 inch pancakes.
Step 4: Cook Until Golden & Flip
Cook until bubbles stop forming and edges are cooked
for about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
